We use omics approaches to understand tissue immunity and mechanisms of immune regulation, investigating how failure of immune regulation leads to autoimmune conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS) and related disorders. We’re also increasingly exploring how inflammation contributes to neurodegeneration, especially in Parkinson’s disease (PD).
